Sardeis–Laodicea–Hierapolis–Aphrodisias Field & Educational Trip under the Guidance of Prof. Dr. Özlem KÖROĞLU (19-20.04.2025)

On April 19–20, 2025, an educational trip was organized for the students of Balıkesir University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Tourist Guiding, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Özlem KÖROĞLU, Head of the Department. Within the scope of the trip, “Sardis Ancient City, Laodicea Ancient City, Kaklık Cave, Hierapolis Ancient City, Pamukkale Travertines, and Aphrodisias Ancient City” were visited. We would like to extend our gratitude to the Rectorate of Balıkesir University for their great support in the realization of this trip. We also thank Lecturer Yasemin İNCEELGİL, a member of the Laodicea excavation team, for accompanying us during our visit to the ancient city and sharing her valuable knowledge.
