Bozcaada–Troy–Assos Practical Training & Educational Trip 11–12 (April 2026 )

The Bozcaada–Troy–Assos Practical Training and Educational Trip, organized by the Department of Tourism Guidance at Balıkesir University Faculty of Tourism on April 11–12, 2026, was completed with presentations and guidance by Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu, President of the Çanakkale Regional Tourist Guides Association (ÇARO) Ercan Yavuz, and Research Assistant Beste Demir.During the trip, students were also provided with opportunities to gain practical experience in the field. The program included visits to Bozcaada, Çanakkale city center, the Ancient City of Troy, and the Ancient City of Assos.We would like to express our gratitude to the Rectorate of Balıkesir University and ÇARO for their valuable contributions to this organization, which provided students with an opportunity to reinforce their professional knowledge and experience through field-based learning.
